Operation Snowdown Quest Number 9 has been released and requires players to Catch a Snowy Flopper. This Quest is pretty straightforward. Head to any fishing spot and start fishing. We recommend completing this quest in Team Rumble. This Quest does not require a pro fishing rod. Most importantly, when you complete this quest, it will be completed for EVERYONE in your Duo, Trio, or Squad! Completion of the quest unlocks the Toe Pick harvesting tool. If you have completed the prior 8 challenges, the Snowmando Skin will also be unlocked!
