We just completed a cruise on the Discovery Princess. We booked two connecting interior rooms B237 & B233. Needless to say, we were more than pleased with the cabins/staterooms.
Let’s start with the basics, because these are interior staterooms, there is no balcony or view. The interior staterooms are decent size and measure approximately 166 sq. feet. What is really nice of booking two interior connecting staterooms is the cost. Additionally, you get approximately 332 sq, feet and two bathrooms. There is a slight drawback in that you do not get a tub. However, we think the cost savings, it is definitely worth it. The connecting room are basically two doors that you open up; one each side which allows you to easily travel between the two staterooms.
With two staterooms, you also get two TVs, two desks, plenty of outlets and storage. This is definitely our preferred method of travel when we are not sailing to a scenic destination.
